1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing the IT support and advisory services of Ryse Technology ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide professional managed IT services, including security audits, network troubleshooting, hardware repair, and technical advisory for businesses and individuals in the Austin, TX area. Services are provided on both an on-site and remote basis, depending on the nature of the request.

3. Booking & Billing Policy

To ensure operational efficiency and fair pricing, the following rules apply to all bookings:

  • Minimum Service Requirement: All bookings require a minimum of one (1) hour of service.
  • Rounding & Overage: If a technical session exceeds the pre-selected duration, additional time will be rounded up to the nearest 30-minute interval and collected at the conclusion of the session.
  • Early Completion & Refunds: If the requested technical solution is completed in less time than pre-paid, we will refund the difference—provided the 1-hour minimum has been met.
  • Cancellations: We require a reasonable notice period for cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact us directly for specific timeframes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services can be made in person (cash or card) at the time of service or pre-paid through our secure Stripe integration. We utilize industry-standard encryption for all digital transactions.

5. Customer Obligations

For on-site services, customers must provide safe access to the premises and the necessary equipment or systems. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all critical data has been backed up prior to the commencement of technical work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ryse Technology provides technical support based on industry best practices. We are not liable for pre-existing system failures, hardware malfunctions beyond our control, or data loss occurring due to inadequate customer backup procedures.
